Yeah, but now I dont know if they still do that cos people were selling it. If you do get it, you get a card. You could always say you bought the car used and the previous owner forgot to take it off.

BTW, just noticed you're in Lancaster...I got a stupid ticket at one of the clubs there last weekend. My car was parked and I got a ticket for no front plates, so lame. They had to put the ticket between the fender and door because I have no windshield wipers either

 

I usually pull out my employee ID and bust the "oops, wrong ID". Once I did that and the cop wasn't looking, so I put it back in and did it again, still wasn't looking, so I said here you go officer, and made the other one visible. Still didnt work though
