Do the G37S not come with sports bumpers anymore? or the dealers are ripping these guys off, cuz this is the 2nd G37 i noticed like that. Must've been a group buy on G37S badges....
You're probably seeing an option like mine. Non-sport G37, with the wheel and tire package. Its a Non-sport with the Sport models wheel's and tires. I see them quite a little more often then I used to now.

no.. there is a Sports package, which gets you the S badge.. and there is a wheel and tire upgrade package aka 19's... the sports package comes with the sports bumper, brakes, suspension, and tire package etc

it's like how premium package comes with the blah blah and blah.. but you COULD just get a base model with blah..

so the S you're more likely to identify by the front bumper.. rather than the sport wheels.. unless someone bought either/both off an S owner..

People are just buying the "G37S" badge and putting it on their cars...

yes from the back it said G37S, i roll by them give them the thumbs up, but they were middle aged guys who ignored me so i drove up and looked in my rear view and saw a non sport bumper and chuckled. Twice this happened and got me thinking...wtf? two different cars LP and AG.

FWIW, I've seen a few guys who bought sports, but swapped bumpers to the non-sport. They did still retain the sport suspension, brakes etc.

One of the guys I know that did this has a Athens Blue; he switched to the non-sport bumper because he liked it better (it looks similar to the G35 front). Older gentleman, 6MT, definately an enthusiast.

Personally I don't think I like one over the other, but i have heard people make the argument that the Non-sport does look like the G35 coupe more, and its more like the concept rederings that were out before it hit production. To each their own.

Glendale peepz, keep an eye out for a BO Nonsport hoping on the 134 in about 20 min. Gonna be outta work here soon.
