G37 IPL Stolen

Hey all,

This morning I saw that my G37 IPL was stolen right out of my driveway.
I have all the keys, no evidence of broken class, and I can't tell if it was towed or not.

Did anyone else have a similar experience?
I've already filed a police report, and filed it with my insurance company.

wow that sucks.

i wish you the best of luck getting it back or getting compensated for it.

on a side note, just because there's no broken glass, doesn't mean that it wouldn't be stolen.

If you activated Lojack you can call them and get your car back.

I been hearing this around South Florida as well. Not the first IPL that's been reported.

I've heard of this as well. People have been copying keys which i suspect what happened to me. I went to a tire place a few days ago to get my Pilot Super Sports on. I have a feeling one of them took it since that's the ONLY place I've been to that wasn't the dealer (I know all the people that work on my car personally at the dealer).

unless you have the dealer program and software which only Infiniti dealers get, it will be very difficult to copy the code. These cars do tend to be more difficult to steal, but not impossible. Sorry for your luck and I would check local towing yards as well. Also make sure your balance for your loan/lease (if you have one) is up to date. Sometimes there is an issue with processing and you do not get any notices and you get repod.

Ahh, I see your point.

Does anyone have experience with dealing with Geico? I was wondering if there was some way to get reimbursed for the $1200 I just dropped on my tires as well -_-

Every little bit helps.

You sure it wasnt repoed dude? just saying it happens often enough. If it was stolen, I wonder how they got it out of there.

It may be an option but it's still on the car. I don't take chances with my car.

How would you go about activating it post-hand?
