Any Carolina/Virginia owners interested in Blue Ridge Meet?

Hi All,

I am in a G37 Journey loaner until my Blue Slate Sport arrives within a few weeks.

Once my car arrives, I would like to arrange what I call a Blue Ridge Run. I have done this with other car groups.

We basically meet on the Blue Ridge parkway and drive some, have lunch, and socialize. This is not a racing event. It is just designed to be a beautiful drive on the parkway and allows G owners to meet and drive on some of the most beautiful roads in the country.

I am in the Triad of NC and in the past have always met people on the parkway about 20 miles past Mount Airy, NC in Virgina.

If Anyone is intereste din this then please reply to this thread or PM me.

This is open to anyone but people from the Carolinas and Virigina would have the shortest trips.

Who else is interested?

Dean

There are plenty of great views everywhere.

What I have found in the past as an organizer of several of these events is to just put the place where to meet and the direction we are going which allows people from other areas to meet up.

As for dates, it is always impossible to schedule a date that makes everyone happpy. I have found it best to put a date as far in advance as possible and stick with it.

Once I get some time and know when, I will put together a webpage with some pictures from previous events and the date so that people have a site to look at pictures and details.

Sorry folks but the pictures are going to be from the S2000 club meetings until we have our first G Blue Ridge event!

PM me your email address and I will put you in a distribution list so I can notify you once a date is set based on how much interest there is with G owners!
