Will do! I go to new orleans a good bit to chill with my gf's family and go hang out down there frequently. Im contemplating If i could get a meet going on in Biloxi, ms.
I work at a Hotel and Here is what I have been thinking to get a pretty good meet going:
Setting up a Date - (weekend) - Book a room at the hotel i work at (group rate of course
) Thinking it could be a whole weekend event. OR just Stay the saturday night check out sunday and read the rest.
Day 1:
1. Check in 3pm / prior get settled in room etc.
2. Meet up in the conference room at hotel 5pm ( chips, sodas, etc, maybe some stickers for the meet depending on the name of the meet. 1st annual etc) Hand out itineraries for the rest of the day and tomo.
3. Cruise / Dinner 5:30 / 6pm start - Hooters or whoever I can get a deal with for parking etc. (take pics and eat this should take a good 2 hrs minimum im guessing)
4. After we are done eating Go to the GUlfport Drag strip, Who ever wants to get a few runs in and watch we can go for a few hrs. More specific if we actually do this.
5. Cruise back to hotel. Depending on the day, there are usually mini meets going on and we can cruise around / take some pics of all the cars. And then call it a night.
DAY 2 -
1. Check out 11am
2. Meeting at 1130 or 12. to make sure everyone can be there lol. Discuss the road to take a "spirited drive" pics and cruise
3. Lunch at the Shed bbq? and a few more pics after the drive
Whats your take on this locals
People from Lousiana - Mississippi - Alabama Mainly the gulf coast!
I wouldnt mind trying to get a few raffle prizes and such also, but Im not too sure how thats gonna go about.
