anyone in the houston area that has overlay skills?

From: Houston...but NOLA is still home
anyone in the houston area that has overlay skills?
I've tried installing bluebat's overlays for the tailights but had no luck...is there anyone in the houston area, or does anyone know someone in the houston area that can install these? i'm willing to pay $
