Yes. Yes they do. But it's not because the forum name is bad, it's becasue members simply won't read what they're supposed to read before making threads. Even when it's at the top of the sticky threads.

to be fair, i dont read the stickies, either.
i've been on car forums since 1997, and i just assume to not post ****, spam, or be an a**hole.
i do read "For Sale" stickies if im going to try to sell something, as some forums have specific rules about that stuff.
