Is there anyway to remove or label items in the black market that are sold? It's pretty annoying to read through numerous threads just to find out the item you are looking at was sold weeks ago.

 

The staff tries our best to close sale threads in the Private Classified forum that have ended when we see them. There are only two moderators of that forum who are very active. Often we don't see them, as going through every post in every sale thread every time we log in isn't feasible. We rely largely upon the seller to report it to us (by clicking the report post button and informing us that the item is sold) when the sale has ended and it will promptly be closed. Many sellers don't do this, either because they don't know to do it or they don't care.

Sometimes other members who may be following the thread will inform us if the seller doesn't. Feel free to click the report post button in the first post of a FS thread that you run across where the item has been sold if you want to help out.
