I'm trying to leave feedback for a transaction and it will not allow me to.

I get the following errors

"There were the following errors:
The deal URL is invalid!
There was an error in your deal details!"

Even if I dont use the link, I still get the there was an error in your deal details error.

 

Don't post a link to the deal thread, that part doesn't seem to work. If you just post feedback without a link to the thread.

 

I figured that but even when I did not use the link I still got the error

"There was an error in your deal details!"

 

Referred to admin.

When you're submitting the feedback, are you entering in something for the "Additional comments:" section box?

 

No I am not. I just tried it again, with and without additional comments and I still get the same error.

My account is relatively new, is that possibly a factor?

 

Are you using the mobile skin/theme? Also, provide the username you're trying to rate.

If possible, please go back to the feedback screen and fill out all the information but before you submit, post a screen capture so that I can see the exact details before you submitted. Once you have that, of course, try to submit the information once again.

Your account has normal permissions for the feedback system.

Got it to work.. I had to copy and paste my short comment into the additional comments as well for it to go through.

 

Not sure if there was a misunderstanding, but that is what I was making sure you was doing when I asked the following:

The Additional Comments section is required.

 

I did add additional comments before but I guess they didn't meet an unspecified character count. Thanks for the help..
