Sellers and Pricing

Im seeing a number of Mod sellers that are not posting prices and instead request p.m.'s. I find this lack of transparency discouraging. I am wondering why this is allowed. On many other forums I am member of, pricing is required in the initial post if an article is for sale.

When members post FS items, they must advertise a price, it's in the forum rules.

Vendors however may be offering lower prices than MSRP which is why they keep it in the PMs and that's perfectly normal.
