I have also noticed the slow loading times. Every other site works fine and loads quickly but this is the only one that has problems with the loading

 

i also get "page not found" pretty often

 

Upgrade your flash player/plugin.

It's the cute little flash advertising banners trying to load before the forum threads.

I think the only way to do that is to pay the piper, which I did, but it is still very slow.

It's all the adware that does it. Waiting for ad.interclick etc......

Adware/malware/spyware has no ruined browsing speeds.

I tried this site with Google Chrome, IE, Firefox.... Some work better, but this site is the worst auto site for being bogged down with ads.

 

Somebody's gotta pay the bills yo!

 

You'd think more than the bills are being paid with the amount of ads/sponsors/prem members on here...

this amount of sluggishness is not very cool

I have a 5 MB connection and the response time on this forum is way too slow. Need some more server horsepower!

 

Please don't use my membership fee for bills. Use it for the strip club or beer or something.

 

 

It's curious that the ones primarily complaining in the thread so far (with a couple of exceptions) are not paying for anything.

And yes, I agree that it is slow for me as well but only intermittently, not all the time.
