Commenting On Other People's Mods
Seriously? This is how you treat new members?
No, you messed up this thread when you failed basic english: "...saying how not mess up."
I posted my question here so that it would be seen by seasoned members and moderators alike. It seems odd that there is no member photo section on an automobile site. I'll try to find someone with some basic social skills to answer my questions in the future.

Until then:

For example, If I post in a thread labeled: "How to jump start your car with a shoe-string" and I post: "Hey fellas, my exhaust is rattling, what do I do?", I expect a stupid response like: "Take the shoe-string out, it is probably in there".
Now if I would have decided to post that same thread in the Technical Problems forum, I would expect more intelligent answers, being that the question was presented on the appropriate subforum.
NemesisX, we are glad you joined the forum and the "G" Community is growing by the hour, but there are reasons there are "Stickies" and "Read Before You Post" threads; this being one reason.
Also, being a member of a forum, you will be able to classify who posts what, and what post is expected. I can tell you from first-hand experience, here is a short summary (Excuse my spelling of your names if I get it right):
MaxtotheG - usually very helpful and informative.
Blackjack - Usually posts jokes, humor, and sometimes makes an @$$ out of himself for the thrill of the forum (Don't disown me, BJ
)Giggaplease - very opinionated
There's an auto insurance guy around here, I forgot his name.. I don't do personal auto.
GDay - has 90% of his posts deleted... go figure.

Chi-Town G- is smart-mouthed.

Bluebat is a lurker.
Kidcane - Unless otherwise stated, he is the forum's wh0re, ie. Post-wh0re. He is good for racking up post counts, and will either give a free bump to a worthless thread, or just chime in to post a simple "I Agree" answer.
If you head into the Politics sub-forum, don't classify anyone. Everyone in there has knives and stabs you when you walk in, but outside of that subforum, we are all family and <s>hate</s> love each other.

There's a bunch of others on the site you will notice and get to learn, just don't get eager and leave. I used to be a member of a certain BMW board, and 90% of them are douche-bags; quite the opposite here (More like <s>95%</s>, nvm.
)

Good one Ddot, but I've added you to my hit list now.
(Sounds like Ddot and Max have a special friendship going on though) lol.

Again:
I understand your frustration, but understand the fact you posted a question in the wrong thread; not only is this the wrong thread, it is a thread that has resulted in comedic action since inception.
For example, If I post in a thread labeled: "How to jump start your car with a shoe-string" and I post: "Hey fellas, my exhaust is rattling, what do I do?", I expect a stupid response like: "Take the shoe-string out, it is probably in there".

)I agree there may have been a better thread to put this in. My previous forum never had issues over questions like these. I appreciate your help and thank you for your advise. Ever thought about being a staff member?

We are all joksters, so settle down and post your pics in the gallery when you get a chance!
I have DdotRoq on ignore and I would recommend that this be the first thing you do also. He takes his medicine around 9:00 am and his posts become illegible by 9:30. Just a little hint for you; now enjoy!!!
