Alright its "the" GTM banner only, weird.

I'm on IE 7

Here's a workaround for it. Click 'Search' then click the blue banner 'Search Forums', tab then enter.

Yeah, it's a common problem with flash elements sitting on top of rollover navs. The solution is to include this parameter in your flash embed code:

<param name="WMode" value="transparent">

The solution is to fix the issue. I use Firefox at home so I don't get the ads there and it's not a problem. Many of us at work (goofing off) cannot install other browsers, disable flash, or make changes to the code on networked offfice computers.

That solution IS the fix; site admin just needs to put that in their code and everybody will be happy again.

I don't even know why they made their ad in flash, it could've been easily done as an animated gif.

Just wanted to add to the post, I'm experiencing the same thing of GTM ad blocking any drop down menus. I'm at work so i use what they give me, at home i have Firefox.
