Got Trolls? Mods Needed?
I also don't think we need multiple threads on the same exact subject, please merge these threads.
I have definitely noticed a decline in the overall quality of this forum in the last couple of months and it's getting worse. Having a lot of posts and threads make the forum interesting, but who cares if it's mostly redundant jabber. I come here to learn about the G37 and help others when I can.
I'm tired of seeing useless posts by some post ****** that reply to almost EVERY thread.
Make it a sledgehammer!!!
Heres my favorite, based on the username I don't know why I even looked at the thread. This user has had more than one thread locked over the past month. .......

I think if administrators take a look at user's "ignore lists" and see the same few user names on the ignore list of a significant number of users, you'll see who exactly is annoying the hell out of those who actually use the forum constructively..........
Please drop the hammer mods!
Please drop the hammer mods!
Also we don't 'drop the hammer' just to drop the hammer. Has to be a good reason to go to those extremes.
I am also tired of seeing threads with subject lines that will do no good for future searches. There needs to be relevant words in the subject line!

The 'redundant jabbers' we really can't control not unless it gets offensive. Yes, some people like to see their name up in lights etc.
If one feels a thread or post got out of hand one can click the 'report post' icon and fill it out. This report will go via email to everyone on the staff.
The biggest problem for the staff is the people not posting threads in the proper forum. They use the general sub forum as a dumping ground for anything they feel like. I know for myself I am moving threads out of there almost everyday and have basicly stopped using redirects to keep the general forum from looking like a battle ground.
If any of you have issues or problems, feel free to PM me with anything. I am on here most of the day since I sit at an office desk all day. I will do my best to help/resolve the issue or escalate it to an admin. I am here to help so feedback negative or positive is always welcome.
My bad, I thought you had access to see who's ignoring who. I'll just have to make an effort to consistently use the "report post" buton and hope everyone else does as well. Maybe this will help put some chlorine in the myg37.com gene pool.

Yeah, clicking the "report post" icon is the best option as an email is sent to all of the staff members.
