For a small update,I sprayed my wheels with Duplicolor Graphite, and painted brakes with VHT Burnt Copper. I will be ordering new suspension this week.

Nice pics there, looks like your bud picked up 4 GTR fronts, looks great. That color for the wheels & the Akebonos look great together. What suspension update are you planning, or are you keeping that locked up for now ??

Thanks brad, yup, he is running 4 GTR Fronts on the car. I wasn't sure what coilover I was going to go with but I have decided on the Tein Flex Z.

I like your wheels better, OP. The design and the gun-metal look is more appealing, IMO.

Kind of fascinating to have a friend with the same car. That must be fun.

looks great! Still waiting for a sound clip of the exhaust. I have Stillen cbe and had the RFIHFC's and there was still rasp around the 2500-3500k range.

I currently have the Stillen HFC's and same rasp range with these as well....2500-3500

It's definitely cool to have a friend with same car and practically same mods.

I will try and get one this weekend. It's just tough finding a location alone to not get cop attention and have a long stretch to stretch the cars legs. The resonated test pipes have slight rasp too around the same rpm range. My solution is to try and modulate the throttle under normal driving. Under WOT, the car is so loud you can't hear much else.

I thought the FI RHFC had no rasp? I think the stillen catback sounds the cleanest with stock cats. I'll eventually switch catbacks down the road, or build a custom 2.5" setup.

I've had the Tein Flex Z coilovers installed for a few weeks now and so far I am really liking the coilover. I have them set to 5 clicks from the stiffest out front and 8 in the back. They are a very comfortable ride and get the GF's approval . There is no noises like I experienced with the BC Coilovers previously. Coming from the Eibach sportlines, the suspension made the car just feel overall more nimble on its' feet. I can tackle my usual curves at a higher speed with a little more confidence.

I lowered the car quite a bit from the Eibach's height. After taking a spin around the block, I noticed I could barely turn my wheel without making contact with my fender liner. I raised it roughly 2/8 of an inch to a more manageable height. I still have to be careful though. When I take speedbumps, I really have to crawl over them or I will smack my test pipes on the bump.

Speak with Adam at Race Consulting Agency if you are interest in the coilover. They are at a great price, and his customer service was excellent.

light damage from shipping, everything was taken care of from Race Consulting Agency.

The drop looks great! I'm jealous of your wheels, the rays look awesome on the G in general, but that finish against your white G is sick

Agree^^^ Great job all around. Glad you're happy w/ the Z flex coils, post up a review in the review folder when you get more miles on them. And it's hard to understand why Tein doesn't package their quality products a bit better for the long distance shipping
