Another Customer Detail
I was in the office all night for a network upgrade and then started a customer detail first thing this morning. Needless to say, I am a little exhausted. 
Anyways, the Bimmer is only 4 weeks old but the paint was already in fairly rough shape. Either the dealership improperly prepped the car or the customer's washing/drying techniques aren't the best.......or a combination of the both.
The steps/products involved were the following.
Wash/dry
ClayMagic Claybar
Polish with Menzerna P0106FF
Menzerna FMJ sealant
Poorboys Natty's Blue
Zaino Z6
Before

And I even threw in an interior detail at no charge.
