That is just from sitting. It happens all the time. A good spirited driving/braking session will get rid of it. I get it on my BBK often, but once you use the brakes a few times it goes away without a problem. I tried to look for a picture but could only find one of my old Stop-Tech kit... (Disregard the caliper paint - that was another issue 
. But this picture was taken when the brakes were less than a week old.)
But, in all honestly, I think anyone will tell you that rotor rust goes away rather easily after you hit the brakes a few times...

If your mounting these on a G35, yes there are brackets that you need to fit the front calipers. The rears mount as they are. As noted above the dust shield does need to be cut on the fronts aswell.
