Listing is for OEM rear view mirror. This was pulled from my 2011 G37X. OEM part: 96321-CB00A. Features auto dimming, compass, and home link. Mirror is 100% functioning and comes with torx screw.

Mirror has no damage and is in excellent condition. The compass LED on this mirror is the classic orange color.

Asking $75 shipped due to condition of item, open to offers.

Do you know if this is plug and play with models that didn’t come from the factory with the compass?

Sorry for the delay. If your mirror has the same connector pin-out, I think it would work? I believe everything for the compass to function is in the mirror itself. The only thing that needs to be done when you remove / install a mirror with the compass is to calibrate it. It is very easy, here are the steps below. When I did it once, I just had the mirror in calibration mode and drove to work and it calibrated itself.

I believe @ILM-NC G37S might know the answer to this question as I am not 100% positive.

Honestly, I did not know G37's came without a compass in the mirror. Anyway, the compass is a self-contained function of the mirror. As long as the mirror connector has power, ground, and ignition signal the compass will work. It might have to be calibrated for zone and true north, but those are easy procedures:
