The hypertech sport tuner will "work" with a motordyne manifold, in that it won't break anything. It does not take the manifold into account, though, so there's also no benefit. The only pieces of equipment it takes into account and modifies the map for is a CAI (Injen or Stillen), and maybe a particular exhaust.
