Would any of these units plug right into a Bose Nav headset harness?

Both of these units are Bose / Nav, just depends on the year of your car.

Interested in the 2013. My cars an 08 Bose Nav, but I bought the harness to upgrade to my current set up of a 2010 bose Nav.
Does it come ready to function just plug in play nothing else needed?

Oh, yeah if you are just going to upgrade and you have the harness this will work perfectly for you. And you will need a screen for the 2013 unit as well, which I have. (if you didn't already get that for your conversion)

As far as the conversion I don't know what all else is needed, since I haven't done it, but if you have the harnesses i would imagine you are good to go.

ICRAP, quick question. You obviously know what you’re doing. In general, are these Bose Av Control modules plug and play or do they always require programming in a different year vehicle. Specifically, will the audio/sound always work (pass through) when plugged in, but things like Nav, settings, steering column controls? Require programming. Curious if you’ve ever come across one where there was no sound until programmed properly. Thanks much. Highly appreciated.

No programming is required, i have swapped AV units around with no sound issues. It sounds like you have have another issue further down, maybe an amplifier or wiring issue.

K. Thanks much for the quick reply. We put a 2018 Qx SUV BOSE unit into my 2017 Q70 sedan and now no sound. Otherwise works well except for steering wheel controls do different things or don’t work (channel up is now down, volume brings up display settings). The SUV is a totally different layout (even though the AV module replaces the old one), didn’t know if sound like sonar and voice should instantly work without reprogramming. Thanks again.

Ah ok, well that is actually a little different. For steering wheel controls there are a few different types which DO need to be set. Sorry I missed the part in your first message where you said wheel controls

Steering SW = %d ( 04IT type 06IT type 08IT type X61A type D52E type X12B
^^ Different types. The problem is , for you to change it you need serial access

Sonar I am not sure about. Voice should just work.

Take a look here for more info.
