Looking for a used Front Frame-Crossover for a 11 G37xS. My current one is rotted on the one side. I’d rather not spend $700 for a new one if someone happens to have one used for sale that also isn’t rotting. Any help would be appreciated.

Yup. That’s what mine looks like too. Such a shame. There was one on a 35k mile Infiniti that looked like that too.

I think our best bet is to go to a scrap yard and get some from there for $30 dollars, I am not willing to spend $300 plus $150 to have it **** in Canada haha. It also seems that it is interchangeable in most infiniti which means that we are in luck lol.

 

Salvage parts dealers on ebay are asking $300 and up. Free shipping on some, freight on others. A lot are still on the vehicles, and only have pictures of the donor vehicle, so be sure to ask for pictures or detailed condition. I would assume that most used crossmembers will have some sort of surface rust on them, so keep that in mind.

If getting a used one, sand off any surface rust and spray a few coats of Rustoleum black paint over it before installing. It won't hurt to add a tough clearcoat, and add extra heavy coats in the problem areas.

 

Does Soul Function sell aftermarket ones?

 

I bought mine off ebay for $170.
After a decent amount of research I found out that all AWD Infiniti's and Nissan's from 07 to 13 use that same front subframe so that'll help widen your search a little.
