G37 Coupe Accessory Sport Exhaust/Axle-back

Category: Engine - Exhaust
Price: $0
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits: 2010+ G37 Coupe, 2008-2009 G37 Coupe
Location (State/Prov): TX

Need the OEM Accessory exhaust, ASAP in the DFW area if possible. This is the louder exhaust that was in the Infiniti Accessory catalog and not the one which came on the S models. I believe the part number is B0100-1NG26.

I just bought from that one last month, and I made a lower offer. Love the exhaust!

does it change the tone of the exhaust?

my goal is to keep the tone of the oem exhaust but make it louder (like a g35).

ive done extensive internal mods to an oem exhaust, hoping it would increase the volume but it only made a marginal difference

My friend has a G35 coupe, so I know the sound difference between G35 coupe and G37 coupe. With the OEM Sport Exhaust it sounds like a louder G35 coupe, I love it. Everything I have read about it on here is correct. So yes, still has the same sound characteristic/tone, but turned way up. I always felt that the G37 coupe sounded good, but too quiet, and the G35 sounded a touch better and louder, but the Sport Exhaust manages to sound both better and louder than the G35.

I think you won't be disappointed.

Thanx got the explanation! Sounds like a possible upgrade now!

i had tried a Megan racing axle back but it had a drone at 2k RPMs. I have an automatic transmission and I dint want any drone (56 yr old here &#128077

Do you have an auto and does it have any drone?

I have the auto also. No drone. The exhaust is slightly louder outside of the car below 4K rpms, but any revs below 4K don't really make it into the cabin when the windows are closed. Whether the car is under load or not, there's not much added sound. So, if you get the engine fairly loaded up at low revs, it does not drone at all.
A cool thing about the 7AT, if you manually downshift it while coasting down, and the downshift lands into the 4K+ rev range, the rev-match and exhaust sound are very impressive, very refined and sounds way sportier than the car really is. I always thought the VQ powered coupes sounded great (especially the 3.5) and this exhaust just turns the attitude up to "11"

And I feel you on the drone issue. I went through a serious hassle on my Nissan Titan, I installed LT headers, B-pipes and cat-back (that was promised to not drone) and the drone drove me crazy. Almost had to resort to heimholtz resonators. Ended up using a pair of Vibrant UQ resonators to tame the drone way down. Since we tow in mountainous areas, droning is not desirable.

What offer did you make to get this at a lower price? i offered up to $501 and they were refused. Contacted the dealer and they said they'd go as low as $705 if i pick it up.

I paid $760, shipped. It's in a pretty big box from the east coast, so I don't mind.
My local Infiniti dealer in WA state seems to mark up MSRP by at least 50%, so I am forced to buy everything online.
$705 is a good deal, locally.
I think a few years ago people were getting these for about $600, but EVERYTHING has gone way up in price over the last few years, so..........
