How's the inside look? Read a lot of casting flaws were found inside. Really would be a nice addition under the hood

 

this new one has been greatly improved. I checked it with a flashlight and it’s pretty smooth inside.

 

Good gracious $1500 for an intake manifold...my family must be spoiled by JEGS. Intake manifolds (i mean really nice ones) for Big Blocks run half that cost. I guess rarity adds cost to any item but man alive that's a lot! Does it inherently add power to the car or is it like fuel injectors (only better when addon's are present)?

 

It doesn't really gain much...maybe 5whp alone and typically it seems geared toward mid range. I wish they would have made the top removable and the runner lengths tunable...would be worth the money then. Honestly if it sold for half its original price, even without gains, I'd probably still buy it just because it looks nice.
