DENSO 2344380. They go into catalytic converters.

I just removed my OEM Cats and installed HFC and these look like the ones that were between the two OEM Cats. So, because there're O2 sensors between the exhaust manifold and Cats that look totally different, I would have to say they are the downstream ones.
