I have a set of factory G37 Sport Sedan wheels and tires. Wheels are in excellent condition, only imperfections are a few scratches on inside of spoke on front passenger wheel. Tires are Yokohama YK580 and in good shape, rear tires are 6/32 tread depth, front tires are 7/32. These tires came on the car when I bought the car in May of 2016. These tires had less than 3000 miles on them when I got the car, I've then put roughly 15,000 miles on the car since. The tires are factor size, 225/50R18 front and 245/45R18 rear.
