Decided that ill be tuning my car soon, so I won't be needing this any longer. Fully functional, nothing wrong with it, does what it states in the manual. What comes in the box is what you get, only used the little double sided tape on the back of the device. Located in California, 250$ plus shipping and paypal fees.
