It's a little premature in my schedule for that Ecutek cable, but you've got me tempted. From what I've read, there's only one kind of cable for Ecutek and not tuner/non-tuner variants. From there I buy a license and either pay for the remote tuning or don't. Is that right?

 

You are correct about the EcuTek cable., You will need the cable, buy a license and then from there tune or have a tuner do the tuning, which would be the recommended way to go.
