Dual 2-ohm Sundown SD-3 10" in a custom made box. It has a bit more cuft than the 4080 box.

Made this box because I couldn't find one to buy. Probably took 35 hours to make. It has 7 layers of fiberglass and is structurally sound. The first two pictures are after I recarpeted, the previous two are before I recarpeted but show fitment in the car.

Will fit into the right side of the trunk on a coupe only.

Looking to get $510 shipped for box and sub, $450 picked up. Preferred pickup because of the size/weight.

Actually decided I'll re-carpet it in hopes that it will sell (and not look like junk). So right now it is just bare fiberglass.

 

Carpet redone. The back still has some issues, but it's much better.

I can't believe you haven't sold this yet. I have a 4080 box with a SKAR VVX driver in it...designed by the guy that started Sundown Audio...and it sounds amazing. I would have gotten the SD-3 but I got the SKAR for super cheap on Amazon. Your box sticks out a little more than the 4080 but I wish mine went in the passenger side like yours. GLWS!

The box sticks out a little more because I used a recessed ring, and with the sub being underhung, the sub movement never really gets past the end of the sub, so you can put things right in front of it and not worry about damaging it.
