Yes but not overtly so. Here in south jersey the winters havent been typical. So the snow fall for this area hasn't been a lot. There has been a couple of winters that it only snowed like 10" ,3", and5" and then several dusting. No rust and these have been in basement for at least 3yrs.
I always thought I would put them back on. But I still have not redone my driveway to reduce the steep incline. And its wife interrogated me this weekend about holding onto stuff. lol
