My headlights are getting hazy.. I've used headlight repair kits but
It always comes back. Is there any place that seeks just the outer glass
Of the headlights? Or do I have to buy the whole thing? Thanks for any help

Unfortunately they're only sold complete. Try buffing out the haze then applying Blue Magic sealer, should get you down the road a lot longer.
