A member on here was kind enough to let me know that one of the wires was missing. So here's an updated photo with all of the wires.

I bought bryans which are the same as these. I can tell you it cleaned up my stereo sound and even added bass. Placebo effect?? Maybe? But I swear it got louder.
One thing for sure it added a dress up for the engine bay. Looks nice in the engine for sure!
Your engine can circulate electrons a lot better with it. Idling was improved.

From what I've heard, they definitely help with audio and transmission (shifting) response
