I am looking to buy a Ivory pearl 07-08/09 sport lip for the Sport bumper, or if anyone knows where to buy one you would be awesome help

That's weird that they only offer the Q51 ivory pearl color for the non sport. Call them and ask if they can also do it for the sport selection as well. I'm sure they would be able to. Send them a PM here on the forum. They're an excellent vendor to deal with.

Unfoturnately, QX1 was not offered for sport model. Never in 7 years have I seen one or found a part# for one. So that leaves one option, purchase a different color and have it painted to match the QX1 paint.
