They are not, but have factory mounting points. OEM are not CF and they run about $400 for a pair, used.

Absolutely. I had contacted Seb at SpecialtyZ before listing it. Buyer would just pay him $200 for a tune. Much better than the $860 I paid for the whole thing.

How does the diffuser attach to the bumper, just 3m tape? If so, how long have you had it on and how has it held up?

Diffuser attaches with 3m. It held so well that there are hairline cracks from removing it. It was the only way to get it off. Easily fixable. But it is currently pending.
