Would these actually fit any VQ37 vehicle, or are they specific to each car? I'm only asking because the RHFC for the 370z is cheaper than the RHFC for the G37 sedan, on the FI website.

That's probably because you're comparing the 370Z and the G37 sedan. The 370Z and the G37 coupe have the same price. I'm assuming the sedan version is a little different.

Edit: (From the FI website) Sedan version is 2.25" tubing w/ 9" long resonator that is 2.25" inside core and 3" outside case. Coupe/370Z has 2.5" tubing w/ 8" long resonator that is 2.5" inside core and 3.5" outside case.
