Off of my lease, have about 28k miles on them. Were daily driven mainly by my wife so not abused in anyway. Ride was great and not bouncy at all, perfect drop not too low and not too high.

Yes but the spring rates are slightly different and you may not get as aggressive rear drop so you would have a little rake in the front which a lot of people actually prefer. It's all preference really.

Do you think in your opinion that these springs will yield a good ride quality and not too low for my 2011 G37 Journey Sedan? I see that you had the "S" which has a firmer suspension setup.

I know they won't be too low, these springs have one of the lower overal drop heights which keeps the car, in my opinion, usable. I never bought my car to drag on the floor everywhere I went. These are a really nice drop and a very good ride. My wife ended up driving the car a lot and never complained at all about ride quality either.
