This is for TWO tires.
255/40r19
These are slightly wider than OEM 19's on the G37. They will be 0.3" larger diameter or 0.15" "lift" which is barely perceptible and will not effect traction/stability control if you mixed them with 245/40's. If anything you can consider then the same diameter as 245/40's after they wear down a little bit.
