negative.. headlights and all are different on the sedan. coupe bumpers wont fit..

Do you still have teh shock/struts? If so will they fit the 08 g35x? if you don't know can you give the part numbers and I will try to cross reference.

From looking at it, i dont think it will work..

Is the suspension still available? If so, can you please send me a pic of how the car sat with these on?

Very curious as to how it was, compared to Coilovers.
