PLEASE ... Please do NOT waste MY time or YOUR time. I recently just had TWO buyers - one who flaked because he doesn't have reading comprehensive skills, and the other flaked because he was a backup plan. He didn't "LIKE" being a 'back-up' when I made a deal with someone else who was offering $100 more and was close. Because he didn't like the 'idea' of being a 'back-up' and that I wasn't "committed" to our deal, he decided to not buy after asking me 21 questions every other day for TWO WEEKS!!! WHY are you wasting both of our times??

Is that so much to ask for nowadays? Especially on a forum?? I understand Craigslist/eBay etc... but seriously. I would call both of the members out, but I'm sure they will be reading this -- so GOODLUCK to the both of you!
