It is not that spoiler, it slants downward in the front, the one in the pic you have is even front to back (hope im explaining right). it is black poly urethane, so matte black in color, remember I plasti dipped so it hasn't been painted, once its peeled off it will be the same poly surface.

It does not cover the chrome piece, it sits flush on it, creating the slope. The white painted spoiler pic on the first page is what it would look like when both are painted, my picture shows an unpainted spoiler on top of the chrome piece as mounted.
