It won't fit a factory mid pipe. The factory mid pipe goes from 2 pipes, to a collector, and back to 2 pipes. This FI pipe is true dual all the way back. However, this is a heck of a deal if you're wanting a FI exhaust setup. I'm sure the other parts wouldn't add up to the $1400 that a new exhaust runs. GLWS!
