You might want to try calling your local Infiniti dealer. I purchase a few from my local dealer for $1.50 ea

Many dealerships will give you used ones for free if you ask nicely. And pay them for service instead of doing DIY maintenance.

I have (10) OEM Original Lug nuts - they are real factory Infiniti lugs.
