How is the condition? Many scratches? Dents? Does it come with all necessary hardware to install it?

No dents. Couple scratches. I looked around and don't think I have the bolts and stuff. I'll give GTM a call and ask.

Yup, I have the hardware. Just found the nuts and bolts for my exhaust in a ziplock bag with the rest of my parts.
