I believe it will....AWD coupes share the same VQ engine and specs. Only difference there is the tranny and suspension.

I'm def interested but I have a 2008 G35 sedan, according to stillen the part # for that is 402849 and not 402846, does anyone know what the difference is?

My wife agreed to get me this for our anniversary/valentines and this seems like a deal to me I just am a little baffled what the diff is between these part #s.
