Still for sale and yes it comes with the splash guard .. Please stop low balling me through pm .. For what u get it is a steal ..

 

For that price with extra filters? $400 more than reasonable. .. bump for a good sale...

All the buyer have to do is buy a K&N recharged kit for the filters and they good again...
