May consider shipping if you are willing to pay all shipping costs and sign a contract agreeing to not file a PayPal claim for damage after receiving the wheels

If anyone is interested in buying and having shipped, please check shipping rates yourself for 4 wheels with tires on them. I am not very familiar with current rates for shipping and how to check shipping rates. I would say wheels are about 50-60 lbs each with tires.
