I am also including a custom-made add-on to the above which is a very similar layout to the Stillen GEN 3 intake system. Using the MAF adaptors from the above I have added high quality silicone couplers and aluminum tubes, transitioning to the larger 3" inlet K&N X-Stream RX-4990 filters…mounted in front of the radiator. I am also including a custom-made splash guard, again very similar to the Stillen GEN 3 design, which bolts to your bumper brace. I believe performance of this system is on a par with the Stillen GEN3 design; but it was not tested on a dyno. As with the Stillen GEN 3 intake you will have to enlarge the intake ports in your radiator surround for the pipes to fit through. The system was used on a G37S Coupe for 15,000+ miles without issue.
As seen in the photos of this system installed I have replaced my stock flexi-intake tubes with the smooth silicone type from Mishimoto. A highly recommended upgrade; but not included in this sale.
