SOLD:Rockford Fosgate Power Subwoofer kit (custom trunk box)- Local only

Category: Audio/Video/Electronics
Price: $300
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits: 2010+ G37 Coupe, 2008-2009 G37 Coupe
Location (State/Prov): CA
Item Condition: Used

I'm selling my Rockford Fosgate Power T2D212 Subwoofer with the 1000W T1001BD amplifier. In addition, I'm selling the custom box that was made specifically for this setup. The box replaces the G37 trunk space (coupe, but if the trunks are the same on the sedan, then you're in luck!).

The Sub
I've not really used this since I used to show and turn it up then - otherwise I don't really turn the music up loud! It's a BIG subwoofer, 12" in diameter but roughly 8-9" deep.

In all her glory

Size: 352.2 KB

Disclaimer: The ring that goes around the subwoofer has been painted flat black and blue.

The Amp
This amplified complements the subwoofer nicely, providing more than enough power! This is a 1000W amp and I've not abused either one.

Size: 184.2 KB

Disclaimer: The topside of the amp has been painted flat black and blue, also some scratches on the plastic face. This is all cosmetic.

The Box/Enclosure
The box was designed for the 12" Rockford Fosgate T2, but also it was designed to allow for a fake trunk floor that can still hold your spare tire. The box will fit in the middle of your trunk, allowing for space on either side to store things (jack, towels, etc.). The middle section has the false floor that has been covered in real carbon fiber. The middle of the false floor is an Infiniti logo with heavy mesh behind. This can be removed as seen in the photos. On the other side of the box (where it meets the rear seat) there is a cutout for the capacitor that has blue lights, you know, for show while driving with the seats down.

You can fit your spare tire

I'd prefer to sell these all as a kit and have a local pickup (San Francisco area). But if there is interest in buying individually, then see below for pricing.

Kit as a whole: $300.00

Individual:
Rockford Fosgate T2D212 12" Subwoofer: $250
Rockford FosgateT1000BD Amplifier: $150
Custom G37 Box (there are holes to fit the T1001BD amp and the capacitor): Included with Sub
Capacitor: Included with box
Wires: Included with the Amp

I'm not looking to ship at the moment, this stuff is so heavy and bulky, i'd prefer a local sale.

Here are some more images:

Hi everyone, I want to get rid of all this, so as a Christmas special I will sell all of this for $400 as long as you can pick up in the San Francisco Bay area. I'll try to meet you half way if you're coming from San Jose, let's talk.

How much did all of this cost? $300 seems too low.

The sub was 700 new, the amp was around 500, the box was 1200, the cap was 100, the wires/fuse was also 100.

Ended up selling it to a guy with a Honda Civic because no one on here lives near San Francisco apparently.
