REAR: 10.5 +23 OFFSET

I believe you may have gotten your offsets mixed up? Rays offers this wheel in 19x10.5 (face 2) only in + 20 and +30 0ffsets, and the 19X9.5 (face 2) in +23, +30, and +45.
