Actually, I sent the money to this guy and he never shipped... Did the same thing to another guy on here a few days ago. Filing a claim... Anyone ever filed a paypal claim. Good thing I didn't send the money as a gift!!

damn that sucks.. open the claim and he'll have to provide proof of shipment. If he doesn't respond back with that then they'll decide on your favor and reverse funds back to you. Just make sure you do it now instead of waiting any longer. I think paypal usually gives you up to 60 days.

PayPal is crap. I've had his happen to me before. PayPal couldn't do nothing because he/she transferred the money to their bank already. I would dispute it with your CC company if you used a CC. Have you tried to contact this guy? His last activity seems to be from the 28th
