Yes they should fit. I'm pretty sure the side skirts and rear bumpers are the same on your '09 and my '12 coupe.
I don't think they'll fit on a sedan...I believe the side skirts and rear bumpers are shaped differently.

There's not a difference...the side skirts and rear bumper are the same, so the splash guards are the same as well. I was just giving as much info about my car as possible in case somebody asked.
